Appointment Scheduling
All patients are seen by appointment.
Our regular office hours are:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Payments
Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well–being of children and adults. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the orthodontic problem. We will discuss fees and payment options with you before treatment begins. To prevent financial considerations from being an obstacle to obtaining orthodontic care, we offer a variety of payment options.
- PAYMENT IN FULL: If you make full payment at the onset of treatment, we will extend a bookkeeping fee reduction.
- MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS WITH NO INTEREST: If you prefer, you may make monthly automatic checking deductions after making a down payment.
- CareCredit: Offers payment plans for 24 to 48 months with no down payment.
We offer a discount for scheduling appointments between the hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Insurance
We ask that your insurance company pay benefits directly to you. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. Our office will provide the information necessary for the insurance carrier to determine benefits and their schedule of payments.
